Companies hire us on monthly retainers. Our members shoot, direct, and produce that work. This is where the steady work comes from.

Membership is free.
Your Vantage email
The only cost is your own Vantage email address. It's a monthly cost, paid a year up front.
If you choose to leave, we refund the months you haven't used. It shows you're serious.

We pair you with a retainer client. Shoot, direct, or produce alongside us. Start creating for our channels with our editors behind you.
- Months 4 to 6
Bring your first client
Sell a retainer and keep a share for the life of that client. Teach a workshop. Put your best work on our site.
- Months 7 to 12
Build your ecosystem
Lead your own client team. Grow your audience. Pitch an idea to the incubator.
