The work.
Vantage Creative House is a New York video crew for trade shows in the US and Europe: daily clips, a recap film, interviews and a booth loop.
We film the floor, the demos and the conversations. Our editors in Istanbul cut overnight, so the first clips post while the show is still on.
Based in New York. We travel to the show, in the US or in Europe. See the film we made at FIE Paris.

FAQs.
Which shows do you film?
Any show your team exhibits at. Food and pharma ingredient shows, like FIE Paris, are where our trade show work started.
Do you travel?
Yes. We are based in Brooklyn and film wherever the show is, in the US or in Europe.
How fast are the clips?
Our post team is in Istanbul, so the edit runs overnight. Clips from day one can post on day two.
Can you cover more than one show a year?
Yes. Most exhibitors do the same shows every year. One plan can cover the whole calendar.
How big is the crew?
Small. Two shooters on the floor, one of them our producer. Two people travel to the show.
Who runs the day?
A producer runs every shoot.
How many rounds of changes do we get?
Two rounds on every piece. Wide and vertical versions come with it, for the platforms we plan together.
What does it cost?
There is no one price, so there is no price on this page. Four things set it: how many days we film, how many cameras and crew, travel, and how much you need cut and how fast. Tell us the day, the place and what you need after. We come back with a proposal.
Who owns the footage?
You do. All of it.
Get in touch.
Send an email, or book a quick call. Either way we come back with a proposal for your production.
