Live event video
Keynotes, launches, show floors. Shot in New York, cut overnight in Istanbul.
The date is already in the diary.
That is why an event is the piece most companies buy first.
What you get.
- The after movie. The day in a few minutes, cut the same week.
- The short cuts.Pieces for your channels while the event is still news.
- The files.Everything we shot, delivered where your team already works.
The work.
Vantage Creative House films live events in New York and wherever your event is: keynotes, launches and show floors.
We shoot the day. Our editors in Istanbul are working while New York sleeps.
So the cut keeps moving overnight, and the after movie lands while people still remember the room.

FAQs.
How fast is the edit?
Our post team is in Istanbul, so the edit runs overnight. The after movie is usually done the same week.
Can you film a trade show?
Yes. Rochem International’s film was made on the floor at FIE Paris. More on trade show video.
Do you travel?
Yes. We are based in Brooklyn and film wherever the event is.
How big is the crew?
Most event days are two cameras and sound, with a producer running the day.
Who runs the day?
A producer runs every shoot.
How many rounds of changes do we get?
Two rounds on every piece. Wide and vertical versions come with it, for the platforms we plan together.
What does it cost?
There is no one price, so there is no price on this page. Four things set it: how many days we film, how many cameras and crew, travel, and how much you need cut and how fast. Tell us the day, the place and what you need after. We come back with a proposal.
Who owns the footage?
You do. All of it.
We already have a marketing team.
Most of our work is with one. We are the crew and the edit room, not the department. You brief us, we shoot and cut, and the files arrive where your team already works.
Get in touch.
Send an email, or book a quick call. Either way we come back with a proposal for your production.
